JACKSON A. JOSIAH

            From an engineering background with a first degree in Engineering, (BEng) Electrical Engineering Sheffield Hallam University and a second degree also in Engineering, (MSc) Control Systems Engineering Coventry University. I have always had a deep passion for real estate investment and have been a great advocate of the idea of creating wealth through property. As a child, I have been motivated by people around me and even by those far away who have created immense intergenerational wealth for themselves and their 10th generations to come, reading books by and following experienced and sophisticated property investors like Robert Kiyosaki, Paul Smith, Dolf De Roos, Diane Kennedy, Samuel Leeds, Abi Hookway, Simon Zutshi, Chief Sylvester Ejeh Ameh, Stephanie Taylor, Nicky Taylor to mention but a few.

As a passionate lover of real estate and property investment, I seek to take advantage of various property strategies which offer cheaper and much easier ways to provide affordable accommodation. As our world continues to change and people are on the lookout for flexible working and living patterns, I believe everyone should be able to live comfortably and affordably wherever  they find themselves.

            Availability of housing can be made possible not by government alone but through partnership with existing home owners and landlords. Hence, we at Dynasty Homes Ltd have adopted a model to work with home owners/landlords and investors to achieve these. Our model presents a win-win situation for all.
