Dynasty Homes Ltd is a family run, licensed, compliant and registered UK based property management and investment company that is committed to providing beautiful and affordable Short-Term & Mid-Term Rentals with simple and classic interior design via Serviced apartments & HMOs for various Cooperate Bodies, professionals and individuals. Catering for their accommodation needs and giving them a place to feel at home when away from home. To provide these services, Dynasty Homes Ltd partners with House Share Landlords, Investors and House Letting Agencies. There by offering our partner landlords & house letting agencies what is most important to them which are guaranteed rent and fees, freedom from property and tenant management issues, free time, peace of mind & reduced risk with excellent returns on investment for our investors
What We Do
The Dynasty Homes Ltd brand is determined to deliver high standard, quality and reliable services with passion. Through our values of Excellence, Commitment and Quality service, we seek to return value to landlords for their properties either via operating such acquired or rented properties as HMOs or Serviced Apartments under contractual agreements in order to provide classic and comfortable yet affordable accommodations to guests and tenants, working with investors in some cases to deliver these services with excellent ROI ranging from 8% to 10% and 25% to 50% depending on the type of investment.

As a HMO & SA management company, the Dynasty Homes Ltd team works round the clock to keep your properties in good rentable conditions thereby keeping occupancy high & reducing void periods. We do the groundwork, so you don't have to.
We take all the risk from our partner landlords so they can have peace of mind, Landlord rents and agent fees are guaranteed over the contracted period even when there are cases of void rooms/apartments.

We achieve these by going into an agreement with landlords using a management agreement contract for their properties for an agreed period of 3 to 5 years or more guaranteeing consistent monthly rent payment throughout the period. We in turn rent out these apartments on a per room basis as HMOs over a minimum period of 6 months or as Serviced Apartments on a per night basis.

We take responsibility for the management of the property, carrying out minor refurbs and interior design on properties that require these with the landlords' approval and consent to do so at no cost to the landlords, carry out minor maintenance as stipulated in the contractual agreement with the landlords.
