Getting sourced property from a particular condition that is not actually fit for purpose to a level that matches the Dynasty Homes Ltd standard is very much challenging as one has to put into perspective so many things from how exactly you want the outcome to be like, the details of everything that is required to go into the various refurb stages, replacing everything that is broken or putting up what is not in place, painting to organizing trades people for all these jobs in the various stages of the refurb etc.

Coordinating and seeing to the successful completion of such projects is no doubt demanding and challenging considering my current coverage areas of Northampton and Leicester but it is worth every effort. As it is fascinating and excting to see a project through from certain conditions to when such properties are actually ready for decor and then go live.
